All the way my Savior leads me; What have I to ask beside? Can I doubt His tender mercy, Who through life has been my Guide? Heav’nly peace, divinest comfort, Here by faith in Him to dwell! For I know, whate’er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well, For I know, whate’er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well.

All the way my Savior leads me, Cheers each winding path I tread, Gives me grace for every trial, Feeds me with the living bread. Though my weary steps may falter, And my soul athirst may be, Gushing from the Rock before me, Lo! a spring of joy I see, Gushing from the Rock before me, Lo! a spring of joy I see.
All the way my Savior leads me,
Cheers each winding path I tread,
Gives me grace for every trial,
Feeds me with the living bread.

All the way my Savior leads me; Oh, the fullness of His grace! Perfect rest to me is promised In my Father’s blest embrace. When my spirit, clothed immortal, Wings its flight to realms of day, This my song through endless ages: Jesus led me all the way, This my song through endless ages: Jesus led me all the way.
It's is a shame that two generations have gone by where these hymns of the faith have never been heard by our children and our children's children. They will never know the peace, assurance, and comfort these hymns bring to our souls. The devil has won the battle when the music of today was allowed to come into the church.
All the way my savior leads me! What a comfort. In my past I could not see this. Now after many years I can say my savior led me. Even now He leads me. I’m confident in the direction I’m going because He led me here.
I was reading my daily devotional and a line that said "All the way my Saviour leads me" , I was reminded of this song. I was this morning not cheered up, but as I sang the song- Oh Jesus, He cheers me all the winding path I tread. Praise God
"One day in the fall of 1874, in a flat in Lower Manhattan, a blind woman answered a knock on her door. On opening the door, she felt some folded paper being pressed into her hand by someone who left without a word. It turned out to be ten dollars. The woman had not had the money fully to pay the rent and so had prayed for the Lord to supply her need. And here it was. So it was later that day Fanny Crosby wrote "All the way my Savior leads me." "- Dale Ralph Davis, Luke: The Year of the Lord’s Favor
I was just talking to the Lord last evening and this song flooded my spirit. I began to be so thankful for a loving Father who has kept me, who
“cheers each winding path I tread, ” and who
“feeds me with the Living Bread”.
It just brought tears to my eyes to be reminded that He has led me all the way and will continue to lead me all the way.. He has never disappointed me.. though I have disappointed Him often.. He still carries me… “This my song through endless ages, Jesus led me all the way! ”
Was reading Psalm 25 this morning. Praise God! This song came to mind, and had to look up the lyrics. What a blessing! Remembering growing up singing this song without instruments in a little assembly on the south side of Chicago. Thank you Lord for leading me all the way…home some day soon to be with you and yours forever.
