While the trainees are in the training, they must spend as much time as possible laboring in the truth for the growth in life and the service to the church. In education students may attend the same class and have the same professor, but each student will have a different measure of success in that class. The difference in the success of each student will depend on the labor that he or she puts into the lessons. Thus, I encourage the trainees to redeem the time and labor on the matters that we present in the training. In their entire Christian life they may never have another similar opportunity or time to labor in the truth, in the experience of life, and in the practice of the church life. Thus, they should grasp, treasure, and redeem this time to learn the truths and to experience, enjoy, and minister God Himself in His Divine Trinity as life. Hymns, #922 says, "To the lost world minister Christ," If we would be able to minister Christ, we must know, enjoy, and experience Him. Only then will we possess Him for our ministering of Him. Finally, the trainees must know the church and the practice of the church life.
