I am Thine, O Lord, I have heard Thy voice,
And it told Thy love to me;
But I long to rise in the arms of faith,
And be closer drawn to Thee.
And it told Thy love to me;
But I long to rise in the arms of faith,
And be closer drawn to Thee.

Consecrate me now to Thy service, Lord,
By the pow’r of grace divine;
Let my soul look up with a steadfast hope,
And my will be lost in Thine.
By the pow’r of grace divine;
Let my soul look up with a steadfast hope,
And my will be lost in Thine.
Consecrate me now to Thy service, Lord,
By the pow’r of grace divine;
Let my soul look up with a steadfast hope,
And my will be lost in Thine.
By the pow’r of grace divine;
Let my soul look up with a steadfast hope,
And my will be lost in Thine.

O the pure delight of a single hour
That before Thy throne I spend,
When I kneel in prayer, and with Thee, my God,
I commune as friend with friend!
That before Thy throne I spend,
When I kneel in prayer, and with Thee, my God,
I commune as friend with friend!
O the pure delight of a single hour
That before Thy throne I spend,
When I kneel in prayer, and with Thee, my God,
I commune as friend with friend!
That before Thy throne I spend,
When I kneel in prayer, and with Thee, my God,
I commune as friend with friend!

There are depths of love that I yet may know
Ere Thee face to face I see;
There are heights of joy that I yet may reach
Ere I rest in peace with Thee.
Ere Thee face to face I see;
There are heights of joy that I yet may reach
Ere I rest in peace with Thee.
There are depths of love that I yet may know
Ere Thee face to face I see;
There are heights of joy that I yet may reach
Ere I rest in peace with Thee.
Ere Thee face to face I see;
There are heights of joy that I yet may reach
Ere I rest in peace with Thee.

Early April 16th this song was on my heart. I believe God told me "You Are Mine, Deb"! Awesome! So thankful I heard His voice years ago!

I have not been close to God for a long time. Satan was busy using me to offend my God. Then tragedy struck. My only son gave up March 23 2020 at 19. I now felt the emptiness of life and my desire to dedicate my life to my creator so I remembered this song. Am all His... let Him use me.

This song is so inspiring as draws closer and closer to my Lord Jesus Christ on daily basis. So be inspired as well.

It is 3am. I too am reminded by my Lord of this song that my Mom and I sang together over 60 years ago. I come to this site for the complete lyrics and I discover that our great God is reminding His children all over the world: you are Mine dear child, hear my voice, as I tell you of My Love for you. Praise God!

Thank you for placing these hymns and giving us the opportunity to commune with the Lord and with each other. May the Lord draw us all nearer, make His face to shine upon us and give us His peace. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

Thanks for making this hymn available here. What a joy to have our blessed Lord drawing us closer to Himself as we yield ourselves unto Him.
What a delight it is to know He listens to our deepest heart cry in the place of prayers.

Leroy, this is such splendid writing of this extraordinary woman! What gifts in the Lord. Thank you for typing the large print as I have vision loss. Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed the singing of I AM THINE ON LORD.

After reading Deut. 30 I just realised that I long for the blessings and to please the Lord but I can't help myself. I see helplessness in me but my heart and soul are willing, then this song came to my heart. Lord ! Please help me before I perish. I can't help myself

This morning I sensed that the Lord wanted me to spend time with Him. I am sitting on my balcony with a cup of tea, pen, paper and phone. I have no pre-planned agenda. The first thing that I heard from the Lord was, "Draw Me Nearer." We used to sing this song in days past, but I didnt remember all the words.
As I looked up these words and sang them, I waa attracted to the third verse. I remember singing all of the verses, but not this one. It is talking about spending an hour with Jesus as "friend to friend." Did we skip this verse? Or did I just skip it? Whatever the case, this confirmed that Lord wants to spend time with me as "friend to friend" today. Times with true friends are always refreshing and sometimes enlightening. I am expecting this "friend" time to be both. Jesus, thank you for the invitation.
I gladly accept it!
