I am the living bread

Scriptures for Singing

Neue Lieder381

I am the living bread,
Which came down out of heaven;
If anyone, if anyone eats of this bread
he shall live forever;

And the bread (and the bread)
Which I will (which I)
Will give is my flesh,
Given for (given for)
For the life (for the)
Life of the world.

I am the living bread,
Which came down out of heaven;
If anyone, if anyone eats of this bread
he shall live forever.

Composed during the 2012 European Young People's Conference in Poland.

Excuse my errors in grammar and punctuation from the last comment; after so much thought, this new portuguese transcription is much better than the last one, as the lyrics stay true to the Recovery Version Bible. Louve ao Senhor! Praise the Lord!

Eu sou o pão vivo, que desceu do céu; se alguém, se alguém comer desse pão, viverá eternamente;

e o pão (e o pão)
q' Eu darei (é a)
Minha carne
q' Eu darei (q' Eu darei)
pela (pela)
vida do mundo

Here's a transcription of the lyrics for John 6:51 in portuguese.

q' Eu darei (é a).
Minha carne
q' Eu darei (q' Eu darei).
pela (pela)
vida do mundo.

Hallelujah! It is a sweet hymn. May we all eat from this heavenly manna day by day. Praise the Lord for His grace and for the conference in Poland.

Beautiful work, Long Beach saints. I won't ever forget the day you guys introduced these verses to us in the Summer 2012 retreat @ San Juan Capistrano. We returned that sunday to the meeting hall.
