Today as I was reading about Papa Gods love in 1John 3:1-3 "that we shall be like Him when He is revealed and everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself just as He is pure" I started hearing this song about my hope resting on nothing else - The Rock on which I stand.

This song for me speak of my hope in Christ Jesus the solid Rock, in this time where everything looks shaky and helpless , this song give that assurance that every believer in Christ the hope Glory should have , it encourage my heart to remain on This Rock , for when the storm is pass we will be faultless before to stand before our God. Today is Easter. It seems strange that we will worship isolated in our homes. But, than again, maybe that is an appropriate picture of what sin does--it isolates us--separating us from the God who made us. So many thoughts in my head; some disturbing, some somber, none really on the spectrum of happiness or joy......... it's interesting though--my mind can hear tunes of songs sung many years ago in church. I could hear this in the recesses of my mind. I'm so thankful that when I googled it, I came to this site. He is RISEN--and I know that many around the world would respond with- He is RISEN, indeed.
