I must tell Jesus all of my emotional distress taking care of a 93 year old mother and the feelings of guilt I experience when my feelings toward her are bad. She is the kindest person in the world but very needy. I must tell Jesus of the selfish moments that I have with her where I wish she would stop calling me, because I have to ask myself, what if Jesus said to me, I wish she would stop calling me! Father, forgive me and renew my perspective of your grace that gives me strength to take care of this woman who all her life has taken care of me. Lord have mercy on my soul!
