God gives showers to a farmer for his crops to grow. This is a blessing. We need spiritual showers for our refreshing and encouragement. When we receive God’s blessing it is like a fresh shower of rain. Have you ever been outside and been hot uncomfortable looking for rain to relieve the heat? When it rains, there is something fresh, it even smells good. God promises these spiritual blessings because of his love for us. Sometimes he even gives us material things to show his love.
