Christ liveth in me

Experience of Christ As Life

English507
1
Once far from God and dead in sin,
No light my heart could see;
But in God’s Word the light I found,
Now Christ liveth in me.

Christ liveth in me,
Christ liveth in me;
Oh! what a salvation this,
That Christ liveth in me.
2
As rays of light from yonder sun,
The flow’rs of earth set free,
So life and light and love come forth
From Christ living in me.
3
As lives the flow’r within the seed,
As in the cone the tree,
So, praise the Christ of truth and grace,
His Spirit dwelleth in me.
4
With longing all my heart is filled,
That like Him I may be,
As on the wondrous thought I dwell
That Christ liveth in me.

Lord Jesus thank You for saving me and thank You for living in me. Thank You for preparing the heaven for all that saved by Your Grace, for all that washed by Your precious blood...

HE IS WITHIN US.

We praise our God that He chose to help spread this message of His Truth. Christ in you, the Church is His Body Col. 1:24-28; Heb 2:14, 3:6 & 10:5. Yes we are His Body, His Temple Rom 12:5; 1 Cor 6:15; Eph 1:20-23; & 5:30. Now this glorious hymn will be surely blessed down through time everlasting. Lyrics by Daniel Webster Whittle (1840-1901), Music by James McGranahan (1840-1907). We have searched long and hard on this theme. The place within you old and new testament passages are to be found.

12/10/10 Today is my Dad and Mom's 52 anniversary. Dad went to be with the Lord a few years ago. He loved the Lord, and brought me up in a Christian home. This song reminds me of the sSripture," In Him we Live, Move, and Have our Being. I want to honor the Lord, and honor my parents, who loved hymn singing, and knew God's word very well. This song came to my mind early this morning, and it is a great blessing. Praise be to God.

It's truly amazing when the reality of Godliness is realized in the lives of Christians. Please don't forget such a stewardship has this preconditions in our part to maintain such relationship of Christ's "living" in me---Examine and study: 2 Cor. 13:5; 2 Tim. 2:15. Hallelujah! for the faith and truth that guarantee such a blessed state!

"The reason why a Christian is able to endure sufferings is because Christ lives in him. The reason why a Christian can sacrifice and consecrate himself is because Christ lives in him. The reason why a Christian earnestly preaches the gospel is because Christ lives in him. The power, motivation, and burden of a Christian all come from the Christ within him." Witness Lee, The Crucified Christ

This hymn comes to me often out of nowhere sometimes I will be doing something and it will come to me.

I had been praying over a certain matter today, and this afternoon this hymn came to me. Praise the Lord! What a comfort, that Christ lives in us. Amen.

Oh yes Christ lives in me, I am one with Christ for He took over my fleshy being and filled me with His beautiful self. Thank You Lord for Your availability, Your abundance, Your accessibility and most of all Your choosing me to be a grain of wheat among the many grains. I love You, I love You LORD unceasingly. Continue to LIVE IN ME........
