Immortal, invisible, God only wise

I have known this hymn for long.... but always misplacing lyrics.

Today I said I was going to worship God in songs and hymns..... I came searching for lyrics.

Indeed, God is immortal, He is the only wise God.... we can't describe him enough. God is good. He is the lifter of my soul.

How sweet and glorious is our God! This hymn is an wonderful English that I love. Thank You, God, for Your spirit, and thank You for this hymn which was written by Your Spirit in the author.

The only true wise God. In you we live, in you we move and have our being. We are nothing without you. I have been singing this song from college days but my eyes are opening more to the lyrics and who God is. Father give us the grace to know you the more.

Truly Lord you are d Almighty d invisible. Help me to know You more.

Lord, give us the grace to live like you. The grace to work hard like you (unresting), the grace to wait on you for our rising, the grace to keep silent, to be still in your presence, Lord.

I came across a small portion of the lyrics quoted in a book I'm reading and studying on knowing God. I just had to find the whole hymn. I have never seen or heard this hymn until today. What a beautiful and true description of our God! Thank You, God, for how You reveal more and more to us when we seek You with all our hearts. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13 KJV

We are here as one praising Almighty God. I too have awakened in the morning singing this song and sometimes at night. We hold fast to his hand. He strokes our heads and he helps us live our true lives.

Only those who worship the immortal, invisible and the only wise God in spirit and in truth can be given wisdom to access the Almighty glorious throne.

Dear Father please grant us the grace to worship You in spirit and in truth in Jesus Mighty name I pray Amen!

I woke up this morning with this song in hearth , so I searched for the complete lyrics and the song reminded me a lot about the faithfulness of God , am gonna sing this song for the whole of this week. Glory to JESUS.

I read this verse and I said to myself. Who am I?... People die everyday but he chose to preserve me. Almighty God, I bow to you.
