Blessing eternal comes from the Triune God;
Father, Son, Spirit, our portion free!
What gift of favor, what guarding power!
What wealth of mercy! What perfect peace!

Eternal Father, source of each blessing,
Bestowed on Christ from heaven above;
In Your name keep us!
With Your hand hold us!
From evil shield us, safe in Your love!

Eternal Son, arose as the morning sun;
God in the flesh brought glory and grace;
Your presence touched us!
Your kindness reached us!
Shine now upon us, light up Your face!

Eternal Spirit, lift up Your countenance,
Flow within us as rivers of peace;
Your eyes assure us!
Your gaze inspires us!
Your smile approves us, what guarantee!
