To reconcile my enemies
  requires an act of God,
As enemies of God I had
  no hope, I was at odds;
But God in Christ upon the cross,
  my sin and guilt has borne;
The enmity has been erased,
  thus peace has been restored.
Be reconciled! Be reconciled!
  Be reconciled to God!
For Christ has died upon the cross,
  He shed His precious blood,
He shed His precious blood!

To reconcile my natural life
  to God from self and flesh
Requires a further step be made
  to keep me new and fresh;
Deny the soul and live to Him,
  my natural life condemn,
With Christ I have been crucified,
  identified with Him.
Be reconciled! Be reconciled!
  Be reconciled in Christ!
For Christ my righteousness becomes
  the Christ who is my life,
The Christ who is my life!

Be reconciled to enter in,
  enjoy the holy place;
Press on to cross the riven veil,
  enjoy Christ face to face;
Christ’s presence with His glory shines,
  with Christ I am enthralled,
With inward peace I boast in God
  in Christ, my all in all.
Be reconciled! Be reconciled!
  Be reconciled to Him;
Incorporated, one with God,
  the New Jerusalem,
The New Jerusalem!
