This song brings peace to my soul everytime I hear it. It uplifts my spirit and gives me confidence that tomorrow will be good because He is always there for me. The author of this song must have been led by the holy spirit when writing it.

In the midst of a troubled heart, this song came to my mind beckoning me to pray that things would be alright with Jesus.

I've been so overwhelmed with a lot of burden, ministry, family, job and relationship. This morning I had a revelation: when I find myself in the midst of two of my friends and brothers in Christ, we were arguing about the lyrics of this song. The only thing I did this morning is to take all the cares and my burden to The Lord, I feel relieved. Thank You Jesus.

The Holy Spirit woke me up early this morning by singing this song. It gave great comfort and peace.

The words ‘Take it to the Lotd in Prayer’ is going through my mind. My partner of 11 years just up and left me. I am a Christian and he is not. Feeling a little lost and bewildered of late I hear these words. ‘Take it to the Lord in Prayer’ looking up the lyrics I find this site. I realise I don’t take things to the Lord too often I shoulder all the hurt and pain. Not sure why. I know my God had always been there for me..... time to lean on Him I think and take it to the Lord in Prayer.

I was having difficulty falling to sleep. Started praying and the Holy Spirit downloaded this hymn, I learned in Sunday school, many years ago. As I started humming the melody, my spirit was overwhelmed with His Peace, Joy and Comfort. I will be giving my testimony and singing this tomorrow at church to encourage others to return to Him to meet our deepest needs.

I was listening to Prof. Dr. PLO Lumumba on the theme "Political Leadership" but before beginning he ask someone with a beautiful voice do sing this song for the audience before he elaborate, of which a lady with very beautiful voice did and I was moved by the sounds that led be falls in love with this song so much. I searched and downloaded it and decide to listen to it all times repeatedly. I know with this song Jesus will settle me before the month of August ends.
