Redeemed—how I love to proclaim it! Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb; Redeemed through His infinite mercy, His child, and forever, I am. |
Redeemed, redeemed, Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb; Redeemed, redeemed, His child, and forever, I am. |

Redeemed and so happy in Jesus, No language my rapture can tell; I know that the light of His presence With me doth continually dwell. |

I think of my blessed Redeemer, I think of Him all the day long; I sing, for I cannot be silent; His love is the theme of my song. |

I know I shall see in His beauty The King in whose way I delight; Who lovingly guardeth my footsteps, And giveth me songs in the night. |

Great hymn - I sang it to my granddaughter tonight before bed.

This song is the reason we are called Christians, redeemed, bought from our passion of sin by the blood of Jesus and that's what makes me happy, am redeemed by the blood of the lamp. Am elevated, lifted up with this song.

Rejoice that your names are written in Heaven. That was spoken by Jesus to His disciples when they were happy because the demons were subject to them in His Name. Luke 10:20 Jesus wanted them to see the privilege and infinite worth of being a child of God. Belonging to Jesus and knowing for a certainty that our names are written in the Lambs Book of Life is a very precious gift and treasure of unfathomable value. Jesus help us to treasure You and love You more and more. Help us to know You in all Your fullness. Help us to be filled with all the fullness of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Help us to know the Unsearchable Riches of Christ. We pray Father in Jesus Name we pray.

Hymn 301 by Fanny Crosby is so sweet. The stanzas really should be our daily life in Him throughout our Christian race.
It seems good to complement the chorus with the progression of our Christian life according to His economy and goal. Here is my attempt by adding additional choruses.
The words in orange are added/adapted:
(1) Redeemed—how I love to proclaim it!
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed through His infinite mercy,
His child, and forever, I am.
Redeemed, redeemed,
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb; # 1 Pet. 1:18-19
Redeemed, redeemed,
His child, and forever, I am.
(2) Reborn and so happy in Jesus,
No language my rapture can tell;
I know that the light of His presence
With me doth continually dwell.
Reborn, reborn,
Reborn through His resurrection; # 1 Pet. 1:3
Reborn, reborn,
His child, and forever, I am. # Rom. 8:16; John 1:12-13; 3:6
(3) I think of my blessed Redeemer,
I think of Him all the day long;
I sing, for I cannot be silent;
His love is the theme of my song.
Renewed, renewed,
Renewed in the spirit of the mind; # Eph. 4:23
(or: Renewed our inner man daily; # 2 Cor. 4:16 )
Renewed, renewed,
His son, and forever, I am. # Rom. 8:14
(4) I know I shall see in His beauty
The King in whose way I delight;
Who lovingly guardeth my footsteps,
And giveth me songs in the night.
Transformed, transformed,
Transformed from glory to glory; # 2 Cor. 3:18
Transformed, transformed,
His heir in glory I'll be. # Rom. 8:17

Thank You Jesus for Your kindness and compassion, and thanks to whoever put this site up and keeps it.
I was watching Andy Griffith, Andy Taylor when him and Barny/Don Knotts started singing power in the blood and I started looking for those old hymns...where has TV gone to why has this earth fallen so far away.
