So many thoughts that won't let me sleep, even over 50 minutes past my bedtime. January has ended, I murmured to myself, and this and that prayer appear unanswered. How do I move into a new month with these burdens having prayed practically everyday, sthe best I could?
Amidst these solitary contemplation, I heard it so loud in my spirit, "The Comforter Has Come!" I hastily got over here to sing this beloved, ageless hymn, screaming it the loudest I could.
What an amazing assurance from the Father that we have the Holy Spirit, the promised Comforter, always with us to whisper His sweet peace to our hearts each time the billows roll.
