Praise Him! praise Him! Jesus, our blessed Redeemer, For our sins He suffered and bled and died; He, our Rock, our Hope of eternal salvation, Hail Him! hail Him! Jesus, the Crucified; Loving Savior, meekly enduring sorrow, Crowned with thorns that cruelly pierced His brow; Once for us rejected, despised, and forsaken, Prince of Glory, ever triumphant now.

Praise Him! praise Him! Jesus, our blessed Redeemer, Heavenly portals, loud with hosannahs ring! Jesus, Savior, reigneth for ever and ever; Crown Him! crown Him! Prophet and Priest and King! Death is vanquished! Tell it with joy, ye faithful, Where is now thy victory, boasting grave? Jesus lives! No longer thy portals are cheerless; Jesus lives, the mighty and strong to save.
I give glory to our Triune God for putting heavenly songs such as this into the hearts of human vessels. As we will soon be raptured in a matter of days, let's start practicing the ceaseless, eternal worship of our Blessed Redeemer.
Thank you for having this song. Not only the words, but the music! I have had this come up to me so many times and finally I hear the words. All I can say is Praise You Jesus, once again You fill me with Your Love and answer the smallest desire to know the words to this tune in my heart. God Loves us so much! Please be encouraged today! Only He knows our needs and desires and watches over us in everything in our lives. Love on Him today! He inhabits the Praise of his people.
Blessed Redeemer Indeed! Praise Him for His unconditional love. May we reach a little higher today than yesterday. He is coming back really soon. Thanks for sharing this beautiful song!
May God Almighty who has inspired this song bless the vessel He used in writing the lyrics. Jesus lives forevermore. Hail the soon coming King. "We" His elect, will reign with Him till eternity in Jesus' mighty name, AMEEEEEEENNN!!!!!!
This song is really a touching one that ministers to me in every aspect of my life, that in everything we are in life, we should always give praise to Him (Jesus) who paid the price for us to be noticed and be relevant to God's mission on earth. Praise the Lord.
Precious hymn! One of my a thousands favors hymns. Before I was capture by the Lord in 1992 on the campus college, I though I was an atheist.
The same year I attended my first winter training on the book of Job. I was like Job praising my Lord, all my worries, anxieties, doubts, and sorrows were replaced once I saw and received my redeemer. Yes! hail Him who seat's on high and our spirit.
