Über die Zahlennotation

Die Zahlennotation (auch Jianpu oder 简谱 genannt) schreibt jede Melodienote als Zahl von 1 bis 7 statt als Note auf einem Notensystem. Die Zahl zeigt die Stellung der Note in der Tonleiter des Liedes -- nicht ihre genaue Tonhöhe --, sodass dieselbe Melodie unabhängig von der gesungenen Tonart gleich aussieht.

Innerhalb einer Oktave entsprechen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 den bekannten Solmisationssilben Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Ti. Ein Punkt über einer Zahl hebt sie um eine Oktave an; ein Punkt darunter senkt sie um eine Oktave ab -- ohne Punkt bleibt es bei der mittleren, so geschriebenen Oktave.

Eine einzelne Zahl dauert einen Schlag. Ein Bindestrich (-) direkt nach einer Zahl hält dieselbe Note einen weiteren Schlag lang. Ein Strich unter einer Zahl verkürzt sie dagegen -- ein Strich ist ein halber Schlag, zwei Striche ein viertel Schlag. Eine 0 ist eine Pause: ein Schlag Stille.

Die Angabe oben auf dem Notenblatt, zum Beispiel "1=C" oder "1=Ab", zeigt, auf welcher Tonhöhe die Stufe 1 ("Do") liegt. Ein Lied in Moll trägt stattdessen die Angabe "6=X" -- Stufe 6 ("La") ist dann der eigentliche Grundton. Akkordsymbole über den Noten (wie "C" oder "G7") werden immer mit ihren gewohnten Buchstabennamen geschrieben, nie als Zahlen.

Bei der Angabe "1=C" klingen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 als C D E F G A B. Bei "1=G" klingen dieselben Zahlen dagegen als G A B C D E F# -- gleiche Form, andere Tonart.

This song is so beautiful, it touches me everytime i sing it. Its one of those songs we can really sing/declare in a prayerful way to the Lord. "All I can give to you my Lord, is my whole being love outpoured. Lord, I belong to You". Oh Lord Jesus, never from you would I depart, I am believing You!!! Jesus, living one, Flood me thoroughly, Take my willing heart and overcome in me!!!

"Jesus, Oh living One in me, Open my eyes that I might see All that You are to me." I really enjoy listening to this song because the lyrics are so powerful. Being a teenager, there are so many mundane distractions and just taking the time to listen to this song really brings me peace and a sense of love from the Lord.

I like this song because of the melody. Also 2 years ago, I went to a camp and learned this song but I thought I could never hear this song again. until one day my friend introduced this web to me and I saw the song of this name. This song always reminded me of God's steadfast love. Whenever I have trouble or am sad, I would listen to this song.
