Über die Zahlennotation

Die Zahlennotation (auch Jianpu oder 简谱 genannt) schreibt jede Melodienote als Zahl von 1 bis 7 statt als Note auf einem Notensystem. Die Zahl zeigt die Stellung der Note in der Tonleiter des Liedes -- nicht ihre genaue Tonhöhe --, sodass dieselbe Melodie unabhängig von der gesungenen Tonart gleich aussieht.

Innerhalb einer Oktave entsprechen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 den bekannten Solmisationssilben Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Ti. Ein Punkt über einer Zahl hebt sie um eine Oktave an; ein Punkt darunter senkt sie um eine Oktave ab -- ohne Punkt bleibt es bei der mittleren, so geschriebenen Oktave.

Eine einzelne Zahl dauert einen Schlag. Ein Bindestrich (-) direkt nach einer Zahl hält dieselbe Note einen weiteren Schlag lang. Ein Strich unter einer Zahl verkürzt sie dagegen -- ein Strich ist ein halber Schlag, zwei Striche ein viertel Schlag. Eine 0 ist eine Pause: ein Schlag Stille.

Die Angabe oben auf dem Notenblatt, zum Beispiel "1=C" oder "1=Ab", zeigt, auf welcher Tonhöhe die Stufe 1 ("Do") liegt. Ein Lied in Moll trägt stattdessen die Angabe "6=X" -- Stufe 6 ("La") ist dann der eigentliche Grundton. Akkordsymbole über den Noten (wie "C" oder "G7") werden immer mit ihren gewohnten Buchstabennamen geschrieben, nie als Zahlen.

Bei der Angabe "1=C" klingen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 als C D E F G A B. Bei "1=G" klingen dieselben Zahlen dagegen als G A B C D E F# -- gleiche Form, andere Tonart.

It is hard sometimes to have a trusting heart for the Lord when it seems like our surrounding is unpromising, the future is just like a piece of puzzle....never know what and where it is going to be, when people arounds us are not doing so well, I just want to cry out," oooo Lord... why?" But I know deep down inside my heart, the Lord is a living Lord. He knows what is He after. Despite of all things, his love will continuously constraining us and His mercy and grace will be us. And this hymn reminds me to fully trust in Him in all things despite of all things. Lord gains my trust in You. Amen...

It's easy to say that beside You Lord I have no one in heaven but it's hard to say that beside You Lord I have no one on the "earth". Lord, by Your grace and mercy, oh, fill me with Your self more. I realize how important for me to be taken away from my self and be filled with this precious Person. In a sense I'm tired of my self-protection, cause of lack of openness and trust to Him. "Lord, You produce in me both willing and working to open to You, not to protect my poor self". How sweet, stable and secure is to be one with Him. It's there where we take part in living out and working out of His desire.
