Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty

Blessing of the Trinity His Worship

English6
1
Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty!
Unto everlasting days our song shall rise to Thee;
Holy, Holy, Holy, Merciful and Mighty!
God in Three Persons, blessed Trinity!
2
Holy, Holy, Holy! all the saints adore Thee;
Heaven’s elders cast their crowns down by the glassy sea;
Cherubim and seraphim worship too before Thee,
Who wert, and art, and evermore shalt be.
3
Holy, Holy, Holy! though the darkness hide Thee,
Though the eye of sinful man Thy glory may not see,
Only Thou art holy, there is none beside Thee
Perfect in power, in love, and purity.

“Revelation 3:7 And to the messenger of the church in Philadelphia write: These things says THE HOLY ONE, the true One, the One who has the key of David, the One who opens and no one will shut, and shuts and no one opens:”

“Exodus 28:36 And you shall make a plate of pure gold and engrave upon it, like the engravings of a signet: HOLINESS TO JEHOVAH. ”

Everything about God is holy. He is holiness itself. His name is Holy, His life is holy, His nature is holy, and all His doings are holy.

Enjoy His Holiness. Drink of His Holiness. Be saturated with His holiness and holy nature.

“Holiness is God Himself in His pure divine nature, signified here by the pure gold. To be holy is a matter of having the divine nature wrought into our being to make us holy, as God is.

The engraving Holiness to Jehovah indicates that the entire priesthood is sanctified unto the Lord, separated to the Lord and saturated with the Lord.

There is one God in three persons for the purpose of dispensing and applying God to us. God the Father is the source of the heavenly electricity; God the Son is the current of the heavenly electricity; and God the Spirit is the application, the function, of the heavenly electricity. Thus, God Himself can be dispensed into us and applied so that the church may be produced and exist. For the producing and existence of the church, God must be in three persons. The dispensing of the Godhead is much more important than the teaching of the Trinity.

The Practical Expression
of the Church
Chapter 1 (LSM)
--------------------------------------------
GOD BEING LIFE TO US IN THE SON
AND THROUGH THE SPIRIT

Christ as the Son of God is life to us, but we need to ask what Christ has to do with God and with the Holy Spirit. Here we need to realize the fact of the Triune God. The God in whom we believe is a Triune God, the one God in three persons. Matthew 28:19 says, “Go therefore and disciple all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. ” This verse speaks of three persons, yet the three persons have only one name. The Father, the Son, and the Spirit are one God with three persons.

In the Jewish language to repeat a word is for emphasis. To repeat twice is like an explanation point. To repeat three times is like standing up and shouting. Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty. There is none like you! You are perfect in power, in love, in purity!

Yesterday I read the Revelation chapter four.

In verse 8, it says "And the four living creatures, ... they have no rest day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God the Almighty, who was and who is and who is coming."

And in verse 10-11, it says, "The tewenty-four elders... saying, You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, for You have created all things, and because of You will they were, and ere created.

These verses remind me that our Lord God enjoys our praising! We shall praise Him like the four living creatures and the twenty- four elders everyday.

Praise the Lord.
