I love Thee, Jesus

Experience of Christ Loving Him

English1154
1
I love Thee, Jesus,
And Thy love to me
Draws me, ever to seek Thee
And run after Thee,
Draws me, ever to seek Thee
And run after Thee.
Thou art beloved,
Yea! Altogether lovely,
The One in whom my heart delighteth.
Thou art beloved,
Yea! Altogether lovely,
The One in whom my heart delighteth.
2
Thy love, Lord Jesus,
Is sweeter than wine,
And Thy fragrance of ointments
My heart doth entwine,
And Thy fragrance of ointments
My heart doth entwine.
A fount in gardens,
A well of living waters,
Which streams and flows from Lebanon’s mountains.
3
O come Beloved,
On my garden blow,
That the odor of spices
May break forth and flow,
That the odor of spices
May break forth and flow.
My spouse, My sister,
I’m come into My garden
To feast upon wine, milk and honey.
4
Set me, Lord Jesus,
As seal on Thine heart;
Jealousy’s cruel as Sheol,
And love’s strong as death,
Jealousy’s cruel as Sheol,
And love’s strong as death.
Much water cannot
Quench love, nor do floods drown it.
All man could give for love is contemned.

The Lord is faithful!

Just back from a prayer meeting and just prayed for a sister from Lebanon. I didn't know that I was singing this hymn and Dear sister E from BKSH found it without me singing any lyrics. And just now sister T also from BKSH came back home. And now we are having a house fellowship!

Thank You, dear Lord Jesus!

I love Thee, Jesus..... Set me, Lord Jesus, As seal on Thine heart.

The Lord requires us to love Him. Apart from loving Him, there is not one thing can replace our love towards Him. Our service, even more, cannot replace our love. The Lord spoke to the church in Ephesus in Revelation, I know your labor, I also know that you have the ability to discern the improper thing, and you can do many things for Me. But, if you lose the first love, I cannot tolerate, I am not satisfied. Therefore, He wants us to repent, He wants us to recover our first love towards Him. May the first love be recovered among all the churches today!

I love Thee Jesus! Even when our outward situation is against us! We can turn to our Lord as say “Oh Lord I love Thee”. His love for us is absolute and even strong as death.

Today during the gospel preaching, I suddenly got released from something that tangled my mind a lot before. I wanted to give up but I could not, because the Lord couldn't gain that first place in me for a long time that I didn't have the power to give up. Now His love break me through.
