關於簡譜

簡譜（Numbered Notation）以 1 到 7 的數字來表示旋律中的每個音，而不是用五線譜上的音符。數字代表這個音在該曲調音階中的級數，而非絕對音高，所以無論用什麼調演唱，同一首曲子的簡譜寫法都一樣。

同一個八度內，數字 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 對應大家熟悉的唱名 Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Ti。數字上方加一點，表示高八度；下方加一點，表示低八度──不加點則是原本書寫的中央八度。

單獨一個數字代表一拍。數字後面緊接一條短橫線（-），表示這個音延長一拍。數字下方加一條底線則相反，表示縮短時值──一條底線是半拍，兩條底線是四分之一拍。「0」代表休止符，也就是停頓一拍。

譜面最上方的標示，例如「1=C」或「1=Ab」，說明級數 1（「Do」）對應的實際音高。小調樂曲則標示「6=X」──級數 6（「La」）才是真正的主音。音符上方的和絃名稱（如「C」或「G7」）一律使用熟悉的字母名稱，不會改成數字。

例如在「1=C」的標示下，數字 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 唱出來是 C D E F G A B；在「1=G」的標示下，同樣的數字 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 卻唱出 G A B C D E F#──形狀相同，調性不同。

This music really touches me. When I listen to this song, I just realize that I just need to pour everything unto Jesus. It's such a wonderful feeling when I just trust Jesus with everything.

It really touches my spirit and soul every time I hear this song. It reminds me that I need to give everything for the Lord. I do really love to set my heart on Him. I do miss the church so much. May the Lord give us a vision of giving our best for Him.

No one can ever satisfies our soul but Him. Everything in this world are nothing compared to Him. He is worthy of our offering. I thank God for allowing me to go to the Full-time trianing in Malabon in spite of the world's offers and deception. My job can't hold me from loving the Lord. I felt that He needs and wants me to go full-time, and I'll give Him the preeminence in all things. Let's waste ourselves upon Him. Even our most costly and valuable spiritual treasures, wasting ourselves upon Him. I love You, Lord. Preserve me all the days of my life. I need Your grace and mercy that I could arrived at the maturity in life as a full grown man in You. Amen.

now, my future is Him... it always reminds me at all.. and renew my consecration to Him whenever I heard this song. every thing that I have, even the most Precious thing in my life is just nothing if i could not give this to our Lord Jesus. now, it is my whole being and everything that i have is my love offering to Him... serving the Lord is my Future.. the world has nothing to do with me... because I am only for the Lord.
