It is not the name of Jesus that is powerful and sweet, BUT THE LORD JESUS HIMSELF, and it is faith in Him that drives away our fear ( 1 John says perfect love casts out all fear, and God alone has perfect love).
In order to have faith in Jesus and be born again, people must repent and believe the gospel and therefore be saved and born again (Mark 1, Romans 10 verse 9, and John 3 verse 3).
It is possible to go to church, sing hymns and 'pray' YET NOT BE A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN who is going to Heaven.
