May the Lord Jesus Christ credit to the account of the writer of this hymn eternal blessing for obeying the voice of the Holy Spirit in writing the hymn.
Through this hymnal we are thought and given the keys in knowing how to : 1. Sit at the feet of the KING OF kings
2. Walk with the KING OF GLORY
3. Obey the will of Our Saviour and HE abiding with us
4. Toil for HIS name sake
5. Lay our all on the altar......

Beautiful hymn to encourage our obedience and put God's plans into action. I am sharing it with my Bible study group as we move through the last chapters of Henry Blackaby's "Experiencing God." This is a lovely hymn, only one he wrote and it was ashame that the Methodist Church left it out of their new hymm book singing in faith.
