The story of Mary is that she loves the Lord Jesus to the uttermost by sacrificing her most precious treasure, all of her heart, and even all of her living and life. The story of Mary is revealing and proving of her response and expression from the story of Jesus.

The story of Jesus is that for God so loved the world, the worst evil men, that is you and me and Mary, that He gave His only begotten Son, that is Himself as Jesus, the very God-man, that every one who believes into Him would not perish, but would have eternal life, that is His life and nature not His Godhead.

Surely Mary believes that story of Jesus, and that makes her receive His eternal life, becoming her new life, her new story, her never ending love story with Him forever and ever.

What a marvelous story of love ever written! The story of mary and the story of Jesus!

Mary poured her alabaster flask for the Lord. By doing so, she gave her past, present, and future to Him. To many, her offering, as well as the thousands of precious lives, heart treasures, high positions, and golden futures, were "wasted" upon Him; however, these offerings were not a waste but a fragrant testimony of His sweetness. This hymn reminds to me that I must do the same. Lord Jesus, I give my whole being to You!

I love the Lord because He first loved me. Though I have failed Him, I am a trophy to His grace! She who is forgiven much, loves much, and He is everything to me. I read all the comments here and my heart rejoices in my brothers and sisters from all over the world. We are His bride! Come quickly Lord Jesus!

Lord Jesus I love You. As Mary poured out her love to You, Lord, I offer my best love to You, Lord, giving myself to You, Lord, my heart captured by Your beauty. Possess me Lord JESUS. Lord, I long for Your coming. Oh Lord Jesus, preserve my first love to You, Lord, that You may capture me more as I live on this earth.

O my soul, may my treasure be only Jesus. I come as a needy beggar, yet with boldness, to the Throne Room of Grace. Thank You, Jesus, that You ever live to make intercession on my behalf, You see each tear, You are touched with the feelings of my infirmities, Your love reaches the darkest corners and with You, nothing is impossible. Come, Maranatha.

There is really no one like our Lord Jesus in heaven nor on earth. I only desire Him and no one else! Because everything is vanity, dung, loss, and drains my love! He has captured our hearts. Thank the Lord that He has captured our hearts! Now I want to set my whole being absolutely on Him because I've seen His preciousness!

This song is so touching because what really matters to us as believers in Christ is that we love Him and pour everything out for Him. His preciousness is worth it all! I appreciate this hymn very much because it constantly reminds me to come back to live in this divine romance with those who would be His Bride to bring Him back.

This music really touches me. When I listen to this song, I just realize that I just need to pour everything unto Jesus. It's such a wonderful feeling when I just trust Jesus with everything.

Though my heart and flesh failed Lord, but still You have shown us to be our portion, apart from You we cannot go on, but You are the grace that supplies us day by day. Deep in our spirit You are still the Lord Who has called us and even promised us to bring us into the real rest and satisfaction. Lord Jesus we love Your appearing, we long to see You face to face.
