You nailed it for me. I had changed it from "He's the lilly of the valley" to He's the Alpha and Omega" and to the"He's the Greatest of the greatest to my soul ". Just the morning in the place of prayer, as I was singing the song, I thought hey, I can retain "He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul" . After all, He's the Beauty of Holiness! So I came back online for the original song and found this. PERFECT! PERFECT! I understood the LORD to be the Apple Tree. And just seeing how you put it in the song just blew the whole thing out of the water. Thank you. You are blessed.
