If You lead me a way that I know,
It would not benefit like the ways unknown.
As You lead me a way that I don’t understand,
I only can open to You.
It would not benefit like the ways unknown.
As You lead me a way that I don’t understand,
I only can open to You.
This leads to thousands of conversations:
“Who are You, Lord? What shall I do?”
Each one forms a piece of our journey together,
An eternal memorial between me and You.
“Who are You, Lord? What shall I do?”
Each one forms a piece of our journey together,
An eternal memorial between me and You.

This hymn reminds me of a testimony about John Nelson Darby, who at the age of forty-nine wrote “Oh, the Joy of Having Nothing. ” Even in his old age, over eighty years old, Darby was often heard praying before going to bed, “Lord Jesus, I still love You. ” One of the most meaningful prayers a lover of Christ can utter.
Lord, I still love You.
Every storm and every tear becomes part of this personal journey - an eternal memorial between us and our dear Lord Jesus. Every sorrow and uncertainty in life is ordered by His loving hand. Nothing we experience is random... Each trial has a purpose - to draw us nearer to Him, today more than yesterday. The Lord loves us too much to let our lives remain calm and effortless. Through storms and unknown paths, He teaches us to depend on Him step by step.
Even when I cannot see the way ahead, I can still whisper, “Lord, I trust You. Come what may. Though I do not know the way before me, I still love You. ”

Lord, I rejected you, yet you pull me back to my senses...
I rejected you again... and again... and again... living a life full of sin, despite receiving your most precious life, yet you are still faithful to me.
A love so great that it touched even a wretched man like me.
Lord, now that you established and ground me in your Love, what shall I do, Lord? What have you planned for me?
Many more conversations with the Lord to come!
The trials that we go through are all for gaining Christ! Every unknown path is an opportunity to know, experience and draw near to our dear Lord Jesus. Whenever we turn to Christ in our sufferings, it becomes an eternal and irreplaceable memorial in our journey with the Lord. How wonderful that amidst our environment, as Christians we can be one with our all-inclusive Christ!
