Come Forward

Although there is nothing that we can do, yet there is somewhere that we can go-the throne of grace. (Life-study of Genesis, pp. 372, 377). Let us therefore come forward with boldness to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace for timely help Hebrews 4:16

1Corinthians 15:10 - But by the grace of God I am what I am; and His grace unto me did not turn out to be in vain, but, on the contrary, I labored more abundantly than all of them, yet not I but the grace of God which is with me.

How wonderful and marvelous it is to know we have such a High Priest. Hebrews 4:14 shows that Jesus is God! Hebrews 4:15-16 shows that Jesus is a compassionate man. Based on His Divinity by which He passed through and higher than the heavens we should hold fast our confession. Based on his sympathy obtained through His being made sin without sinfulness we should come forward with boldness (constantly, without reservation, without fancy words, confidently, and persistently)

With boldness to the throne of grace!
