Über die Zahlennotation

Die Zahlennotation (auch Jianpu oder 简谱 genannt) schreibt jede Melodienote als Zahl von 1 bis 7 statt als Note auf einem Notensystem. Die Zahl zeigt die Stellung der Note in der Tonleiter des Liedes -- nicht ihre genaue Tonhöhe --, sodass dieselbe Melodie unabhängig von der gesungenen Tonart gleich aussieht.

Innerhalb einer Oktave entsprechen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 den bekannten Solmisationssilben Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Ti. Ein Punkt über einer Zahl hebt sie um eine Oktave an; ein Punkt darunter senkt sie um eine Oktave ab -- ohne Punkt bleibt es bei der mittleren, so geschriebenen Oktave.

Eine einzelne Zahl dauert einen Schlag. Ein Bindestrich (-) direkt nach einer Zahl hält dieselbe Note einen weiteren Schlag lang. Ein Strich unter einer Zahl verkürzt sie dagegen -- ein Strich ist ein halber Schlag, zwei Striche ein viertel Schlag. Eine 0 ist eine Pause: ein Schlag Stille.

Die Angabe oben auf dem Notenblatt, zum Beispiel "1=C" oder "1=Ab", zeigt, auf welcher Tonhöhe die Stufe 1 ("Do") liegt. Ein Lied in Moll trägt stattdessen die Angabe "6=X" -- Stufe 6 ("La") ist dann der eigentliche Grundton. Akkordsymbole über den Noten (wie "C" oder "G7") werden immer mit ihren gewohnten Buchstabennamen geschrieben, nie als Zahlen.

Bei der Angabe "1=C" klingen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 als C D E F G A B. Bei "1=G" klingen dieselben Zahlen dagegen als G A B C D E F# -- gleiche Form, andere Tonart.

Conceived in a virgin’s womb
The issue: a God-man, a wonderful Person,
Jesus divine and human.
 
Wonderful One, Son with the Father,
Wonderful One, Son by the Spirit,

Wonderful Triune, Wonderful Triune God.

This man in perfection chose God as His living;
He lived the life of God.
The sin, world, and Satan could not penetrate Him;
Jesus had sinless blood.
 
Humanity, His blood has cleansed me.
Divinity, my guarantee.
His sinless blood cleansed me.
God’s now my guaran—, God’s now my guarantee.

His flesh without sin joined man’s flesh full of sin
And this trapped Satan.
Man’s flesh, sin and Satan were hanging upon Him

And in resurrection, this wonderful Person
The Spirit He became.
The Spirit right now is the Son with the Father
To be the consummation.
 
Wonderful One, life-giving Spirit!
Son has become the consummation.
Son with the Father, He
As Spirit dwells in, as Spirit dwells in me.

And in His ascension, this wonderful Person,
This man is on God’s throne.
The highest position, to Him it was given,
He’s ruling and reigning.
 
As Lord of lords and King of kings,
The highest name to Jesus given.
This man is on God’s throne.
Most wonderful, most wonderful Person!

And in His enthronement as Head over all things
The processed God is He,
Dispensing Himself as the life-giving Spirit,
Producing His Body.
 
The Triune God is not for doctrine.
The Trinity is for dispensing.
He’s now dispensing
And we’re enjoying, and we’re enjoying Him.
