The gift of righteousness is measured in abundance,
The depth of His love I'll never understand.
His love reaches me and you;
His mercy goes farther too.
The One on the throne of God is called the Lamb.
The depth of His love I'll never understand.
His love reaches me and you;
His mercy goes farther too.
The One on the throne of God is called the Lamb.
So, why not open up and call His name, "Oh Lord!"
Find your spirit where His grace has been outpoured.
Call His name, taste His grace, exercise before His face
He's longing and yearning.
He's hoping and waiting.
He's ever desiring for you...
To turn to Him.
Find your spirit where His grace has been outpoured.
Call His name, taste His grace, exercise before His face
He's longing and yearning.
He's hoping and waiting.
He's ever desiring for you...
To turn to Him.

He knows your deepest thought,
Your every situation.
He understands your heart,
He knows your history.
There's nothing in His way,
He's just waiting for you to say
"Lord Jesus, my wandering heart
I give to Thee."
Your every situation.
He understands your heart,
He knows your history.
There's nothing in His way,
He's just waiting for you to say
"Lord Jesus, my wandering heart
I give to Thee."

Oh Lord Jesus, I love You. We're so sorry for everything that we have done. Lord, thank You that You understand our hearts. Lord, cause me that my wondering heart I can give to Thee. Lord, day by day cause us to call Your name, taste Your grace and also we can exercise our spirit. AMEN.

This song reminds us that God really loves us, even we are in a far place, His love still reaches us. God wants us to open up to Him and call His name "O, Lord!", and turn to Him always.
We can also use this song for gospel preaching.

This song made my heart cry the first time I heard it realizing how short I am of my love and trust on Him. Oh, Lord Jesus! Forgive me for my sins, claim this wandering heart, take away this anxious care and constant holding back. Oh, Lord replace it with Yourself - Only You. I need You, Lord Jesus! Reside in my heart - it's Yours! Oh how I only need to look up to You and Your Precious Redeeming Blood! I love You, Lord!

This is one of my favorites for many reasons. I enjoy the first line, "The gift of righteousness is measured in abundance." Praise the Lord!
I also enjoyed how much love He has for us!
