I need Thee every hour

Longings For Fellowship with Christ

English371

I need Thee every hour,
Most gracious Lord;
No tender voice like Thine
Can peace afford.

I need Thee, oh, I need Thee;
Every hour I need Thee;
Oh, bless me now, my Savior!
I come to Thee.

I need Thee every hour,
Stay Thou near by;
Temptations lose their power
When Thou art nigh.

I need Thee every hour,
In joy or pain;
Come quickly and abide,
Or life is vain.

I need Thee every hour,
Teach me Thy will;
And Thy rich promises
In me fulfill.

I need Thee every hour,
Most Holy One;
Oh, make me Thine indeed,
Thou blessed Son.

I need You Lord to come quick & abide with me.

I don’t want my life to go to waste or my faith to be in vain.

You’re the tender voice I need, to remind me that everything will work out just fine.

Thank You Lord.

I woke up with this song on my heart. Just started singing. I need my Jesus and I know He knows just how much. I am thankful for my salvation Christ sacrificed for me to have.

It's true that I need His continued redemption of my life.

"Every hour I need thee."

It's not just a need that I FEEL: it's a fact, a state of being human.

I will never "outgrow" my need of His presence, His voice, His intervention.

Oh God my Father I need You this hour. My life is not explainable to me any more, am seriously under frustration, debts here and there of which my income cannot meet. Come to my rescue. God, I need You to be up and doing for my responsibility. I need You my Father to meet my need. Make a way for me. Thank You Lord.

I need Thee every hour most gracious Lord and while I am struggling to find work as a temporary resident and have not received any income and the financial burden is hard on my family. My wife is now the sole breadwinner. Her faith in our Lord is strong as she carries our family. I work hard to find employment and pray continually while calling on the name of Jesus Christ to help me during this stressful time. This beautiful hymn, sung so well has moved me to tears. Let us all pray for each other around the world, from many different cultures and creeds, but all one family of Christ, as we need our Lord every hour.

Am encouraged by your prayer Ken. Indeed there is nothing that God can not help us get through. Help us Our mighty and everlasting God you know us by name and we need you every hour. Speak peace, restoration to all our situations in Jesus Name.
