Il est pour moi, un grand hymne de coeur. Decidement, l'auteur n'etait pas seul au moment qu'il le composait. Il était avec l'Esprit Saint.

Man this song is by far the most meaningful in all of my years. From funerals to wars, this song has gotten me and my british ancestors through it all. Thanks to God and to the genius that wrote this.

Beautiful song thank God it didn’t have the bag pipe version or I would be crying. At my grandma’s funeral they played it on the bagpipes and I started crying like full on sobbing so it just brings bad memories for me.

4th April is my birthday, and the song is most apt to my life, and for the new beginning of a new year added to my new age. For by grace and mercy God has done me well by being with me in all despite all my shortcomings. And by the same loving kindness, grace and mercy by which He has promised good things to me, my hope is secured in His word that never fails, that my best is here to manifest to the glory of God Almighty in Jesus Christ mighty name Amen 💖 and Amen 💖

Honestly, I am not religious, never have been and most likely won't be, but this song has such an amazing history. I've always been in love with this song, for it's poetic symbolism and it's rich backstory. This song does not affirm a belief in Jesus or God for me, instead it affirms my faith in people, in the human race. This man, who had done horrible things to others, who had led a life of hatred, not only realizes his wrong doings, but confesses them to the world, to others who were doing the same thing. I saw all of the comments about the love for Jesus and the love for God, but they did not write this message. A man broken, picked himself back up and put the pieces together, putting them on display for the world to see him shattered and glued. It's one of my only motivations to continue sometimes.

It's truly amazing all that Jesus did for us. Grateful that the story did not end with death, our hope is not in vain for He rose just as He said and has ascended to make intercession and preparation for us. He is coming back Halleluyah!!!

Praise the Lord. Greetings in Jesus name. This song has been composed by the great servant of God by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Whenever I sing I feel a joy within my heart. When I was longing for Jesus and couldn't find Him, a woman filled with His Spirit said, "if you put Him first you will find Him, if you seek Him with your whole heart." I began my search reading the Gospel of John with the question "Who are You Jesus? And are you real? If You are I want to know You completely like the disciples did". Jesus revealed Himself to me and I have been following Him ever since. More in love with Him every day. May you find the only One truly worth searching for.
