I was not a happy camper back in 1983-1984 when I was serving in Irving. Howard Higashi invited me to lunch and I got to be built with this brother. It was refreshing and it alleviated my pains that I was going through. Did you knew he grew up in Hawaii and hung out with Filipinoes? He enjoyed "pinakbit"!! Me too, a real native dish!!! Howard wrote, "Lord, keep my heart".
