I was praying this morning in my normal devotion hour, and this hymn started singing In my head. I had to reach out to my laptop and play it from there as I had a wonderful devotion. Glory be to Jesus for His grace and redemption from sin!

I am familiar with the "gladly your warm truth everywhere" 3rd verse version. But Verse 4 is totally new to me. What a wonderful assurance and assurance to be led by the Spirit, just to walk in the light of His glory and grace.

What a lovely blessing this day for me. I have been wanting a "word' for 2015 and tonight the word "open" came to me and then the words to this hymn floated through my mind as confirmation that the Spirit Divine had finally answered my longing. I am so thankful.

In my devotional time this old hymn came to my mind through His Spirit within me. I thank The Lord that He knows what I am to pray for even when I am unaware. (Romans 8:26)

Christian music is like breathing to me. It is not uncommon to wake at night singing a hymn in my mind. So when I sat down for devotions today it was not a surprised when this old song popped into my head prior to beginning. I could not find this song in any of my old hymn books so I was so grateful it was online and glad to see the rest of the hymn.
