I sang this with my mother and sister as a trio in church since the 1940s. They have both gone to heaven.
I am in my 80s now and as I saw in one comment it means more now than ever to sing these words.

This is a wonderful hymn that I remember from my childhood. Don't hear it sung in churches now a days. The words mean much more to me now then back then as I endure the health issues that come with being elderly.
