What an encouragement . The hymn surfaced in my thoughts early this morning (4 am). I was reflecting on/about the church of Jesus Christ locally and globally. I realized the gates of hell will not prevail against it. I have an " Anchor" and will trust in my God Almighty. Praise be to His Name. Amen

A beautiful hymn that took me straight back to my early days in the Boys Brigade. As the lyrics suggest, we all need an anchor, the BB to a large degree was mine and certainly the Christian foundation that it gave me for life.
