Unresting, unhasting, and silent as light, Nor wanting, nor wasting, Thou rulest in might; Thy justice like mountains high soaring above Thy clouds which are fountains of goodness and love.

To all life Thou givest, to both great and small; In all life Thou livest, the true life of all; We blossom and flourish as leaves on the tree, And wither and perish, but nought changeth Thee.

Great Father of Glory, pure Father of Light Thine angels adore Thee, all veiling their sight; All laud we would render, O help us to see: ’Tis only the splendor of light hideth Thee.

Immortal, invisible, God only wise, In light inaccessible hid from our eyes, Most blessed, most glorious, the Ancient of Days, Almighty, victorious, Thy great name we praise.
As a child I just sang these hymns in church and school assemblies but now as an adult they come with so much meaning one can't help but ponder and meditate upon the awesomeness of this All-Mighty God.
Beautiful, and Awesome song, am so blessed hearing a song like this in my generation. Truly Jesus Christ is the only wise God and the true life of all. Amen.
This great hymn is very touchy. Verses 1and 3 especially. For those who believe that the world belongs to them, let them meditate on verse 3 and they will have a rethink.
The name of the Lord is a strong tower...Forever shall His praise remain in my mouth for He is my only refuge...I reverence the Holy One forevermore...He is in control. Beautiful song extolling the Majesty of the Almighty God!
Most blessed, most glorious, truely HE is the Ancient of Days, Almighty, victorious, Thy great name we praise. He has done what no man can do for me & my family, Praise His Holy name.
