To all life Thou givest, to both great and small; In all life Thou livest, the true life of all; We blossom and flourish as leaves on the tree, And wither and perish, but nought changeth Thee.

Immortal, invisible, God only wise, In light inaccessible hid from our eyes, Most blessed, most glorious, the Ancient of Days, Almighty, victorious, Thy great name we praise.
Long time I haven't heard this song now I find myself just humming it I forget the words so I I went on Google the words . just wonderful just simply wonderful, listen to the words great father of glory, pure father of light. Thine angels adore thee all veiling their site, to all thou life givest to both great and small.
God bless whoever put this in piano and guitar form as well as the lyrics. I am very delighted to see this hymn. Its a blessing. My soul has been lifted.
I kept on singing lines from different stanza, but couldn't remember the title.. Woke up this morning and the Spirit helped me to remember the title. My favourite song as a teen.... To all thou givest life, both great and small... nought changeth thee.. God bless you for posting this.
Was reading 1 Tim 17 in my quiet time thus morning and the first two lines of this beautiful hymn sprang to mind. We used to sing it in our church growing up and I hadn't sung or even thought of it for years. I could only remember the first two lines and how blessed I was to be able to find it. I promptly sang the whole hymn and its beautiful words reminded me what an awe-inspiring and wonderful God we serve.
My spirit had been singing this song for couple days now. Learnt it over some 30 something years in school... haven’t heard it in a long time or sing it, so I have forgotten some of the words. Reading and singing the whole verses of the song now reminds how powerful our God is and how beautiful this song is... God be praise! The only wise and true Living God! Immortal invisible God only wise!
