Über die Zahlennotation

Die Zahlennotation (auch Jianpu oder 简谱 genannt) schreibt jede Melodienote als Zahl von 1 bis 7 statt als Note auf einem Notensystem. Die Zahl zeigt die Stellung der Note in der Tonleiter des Liedes -- nicht ihre genaue Tonhöhe --, sodass dieselbe Melodie unabhängig von der gesungenen Tonart gleich aussieht.

Innerhalb einer Oktave entsprechen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 den bekannten Solmisationssilben Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Ti. Ein Punkt über einer Zahl hebt sie um eine Oktave an; ein Punkt darunter senkt sie um eine Oktave ab -- ohne Punkt bleibt es bei der mittleren, so geschriebenen Oktave.

Eine einzelne Zahl dauert einen Schlag. Ein Bindestrich (-) direkt nach einer Zahl hält dieselbe Note einen weiteren Schlag lang. Ein Strich unter einer Zahl verkürzt sie dagegen -- ein Strich ist ein halber Schlag, zwei Striche ein viertel Schlag. Eine 0 ist eine Pause: ein Schlag Stille.

Die Angabe oben auf dem Notenblatt, zum Beispiel "1=C" oder "1=Ab", zeigt, auf welcher Tonhöhe die Stufe 1 ("Do") liegt. Ein Lied in Moll trägt stattdessen die Angabe "6=X" -- Stufe 6 ("La") ist dann der eigentliche Grundton. Akkordsymbole über den Noten (wie "C" oder "G7") werden immer mit ihren gewohnten Buchstabennamen geschrieben, nie als Zahlen.

Bei der Angabe "1=C" klingen die Zahlen 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 als C D E F G A B. Bei "1=G" klingen dieselben Zahlen dagegen als G A B C D E F# -- gleiche Form, andere Tonart.

Christ is Such a Sherperd to us, his little flock. Imagine Peter, he denied the Lord 3 times with cursing. He then led the brothers astray to fish. Yet the Lord came to them, He really does care for us the stumbled ones! He said “ Little children did you catch anything”? The Lord with His sarcasm haha, so human. Then The Lord told them toss your net to the right, and a bunch of fish filled the net. John said “IT’S THE LORD!” and Peter took off his jacket, dove in and swarm to the shore! He was so happy that the Lord came to him at such a time, when all seems to have failed. This is when the Lord comes to us, then much more he made breakfast for them. Don’t think he isn’t human. He is so human in His shepherding yet so divine. He shepherds us with Himself so that we can shepherd others. Many times all our trials are not for us, it’s to establish our brothers. Because of Peter’s failure, he was restored to establish his brothers. The Lord shepherds us even much more in our failures, and in our turning away from Him. Lord we love You ❤️

This song has been my "favorite song" for a couple of weeks now. I sense not only the Lord speaking to me through it but I sense the Lord's enormous burden for all of His lambs and sheep to be fed and shepherded. Eventually, the Lord will gain this corporate atmosphere of mutual shepherding in His Body. The Shepherd will be multiplied in all the members of His Body!
