What a Friend we have in Jesus

Lord as I take everything to you in prayer today, I asked that you will surprise me beyond my weirdest imagination in Jesus name. Amen.

My heart was sadden by so many things and God put this song into my heart. I remember the choir singing it when I was a child but didn’t understand the meaning until my adulthood. Praise and Thanks to God Almighty!

Thank You Jesus my dearest awesome day faithful Savior. I love You so much

I woke up this morning with this hymn playing in my head, I fell back asleep and it continued to play. Thank you GOD for reminding me what a friend JESUS really is. Needless to say I have been singing it all day and night. I keep remembering all the needless pain I have been bearing. What a friend!!!!

What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer. Our sins and our griefs, our trials and temptations our cumbersome load of care, he knows our every weakness, in his arms he'll take and shield us we will find a solace there. As I was praying this morning the enemy tried to bring worries to my soul I found myself praying some of the words to this hymn. The worries were taken away. Praise God.

I love this song

I had an upset with a friend last night as the interaction reminded me of a painful upbringing. When I awakened this morning this song was for some reason playing in my head although I only know a couple of lines and not all lyrics per se. I’ve not really ever sung this song and I don’t know it yet it was there in my conscious awakening this morning to remind me who’s really there for me when I’m experiencing pain within. I don’t consider myself to be religious but I felt divinely guided to share this. I am grateful.

This song let know that I have a very big relationship with God. I also believe that God answer prayer it incouraged me that I should always be talking with God in prayer
