What a Friend we have in Jesus

This morning I woke up with this song on my heart.
Then I found the hymn here. It's very beautiful.
The Bible says God sings songs over us.
( Zephiniah)
Amen.
Dear Lord.
Thank you for singing songs over all your children.
Amen.
The Lord loves us!
Hallelujah!

Had nightmare was upset. Read lyrics to this song. Was comforted

'Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged. Take it to the Lord in prayer'. My favorite part

Sweet

This is a comforting hymn which I have to send to my parishioners who are in grief for losing their 4 members of the family to a motor accident. May their souls rest in peace.

Our Lord and Savior, the God of the universe: "In His arms he'll take and shield thee"! Can there be anything more wonderful, more protective, more loving. This makes your heart burst with joy and your eyes fill with tears of gratitude. Praise Him, praise Him, praise Him forever.

It's a great song indeed I was singing it in my afternoon nabb today in an hour' s time ago ! Yes our Lord Jesus Christ is a great friend one or the Christian should have and relied upon ! He will indeed answer ALL our prayers having committed them into His care !!!.

In sending a message to my daughter about a difficult family situation this hymn came to mind. What a friend we really do have in Jesus and a reminder to take it to the Lord in prayer.

This is one of the songs that touches the heart and blessed me every time I recite the lyrics over and over again.

I awoke in the middle of the night a couple of nights ago with many worries on my mind. Immediately the Lord dropped this song into my spirit. I hadn’t heard it in years. I prayed and gave Him all my cares and concerns. Then I fell into a deep peaceful sleep. I’ve been singing it ever since. He’s so good and kind.
