All the way my Savior leads me

English701

All the way my Savior leads me;
What have I to ask beside?
Can I doubt His tender mercy,
Who through life has been my Guide?
Heav'nly peace, divinest comfort,
Here by faith in Him to dwell!
For I know, whate'er befall me,
Jesus doeth all things well,
For I know, whate'er befall me,
Jesus doeth all things well.

All the way my Savior leads me,
Cheers each winding path I tread,
Gives me grace for every trial,
Feeds me with the living bread.
Though my weary steps may falter,
And my soul athirst may be,
Gushing from the Rock before me,
Lo! a spring of joy I see,
Gushing from the Rock before me,
Lo! a spring of joy I see.

All the way my Savior leads me;
Oh, the fullness of His grace!
Perfect rest to me is promised
In my Father's blest embrace.
When my spirit, clothed immortal,
Wings its flight to realms of day,
This my song through endless ages:
Jesus led me all the way,
This my song through endless ages:
Jesus led me all the way.

Singing my little one to sleep tonight, praying for direction. So thankful for truth that speaks to my heart.

I love this Hymn. Singing it now to my GRANDSON. Jesus does All Things Well. He works everything out for our good. I wanted to make sure I had the lyrics right. I love hymns....

Such a sweet hymn. God’s ways are often so unsearchable, and the trials of life are often so hard, yet we can say with the hymn writer, “For I know, whate’er befall me,

Jesus doeth all things well. ”

My daughter went home to be with her Savior on Christmas Day. My Savior leads me all the way. If I did not believe that with all my heart I could not live. Thank You Lord I know all things come from Your loving hand. Thank You that because of Your shed Blood I will see You and my husband and my daughter and my mother and all who died in You, again and spend eternity saying Glory to the Lamb. Amen and Amen.

My favourite song hymn that is the story we share with Fanny Jane Crosby being blind and at a life's edge she kept her trust in God.
