O to be like Thee

This song was carefully crafted and spiritually inspired. When we reflect the image of God in our individual lives, the world will be a little better than it is today. May God stamp his image in our lives today.

While enjoying this hymn, was thinking”how can we be like Him? How can we express Him? ” Yes, the last line of chorus says “stamp Thine own image deep on my heart. ” But how does that happen? I realize when I allow the Lord to make His home deep down in my heart, by allowing Him to rule and reign in me, when I am headed up in Him in all things great and small, His image is stamped deep on my heart! Come make Your home deep down in my heart

Oh Lord Jesus we are pleading that make us like Thee

Lord to be like is all my daily cry, ful of compassion, loving, forgiving,

Its only when I am like u that I can forgive the people that offended.

Grant me Grace to seek the wanderers sinners to as to save them.

To aspire to be like Jesus is a very good thing! He was tempted in all points like as we yet without sin. His desire was to be like His and our Father God! So thankful that we have the Holy Spirit’s help in our journey. May His Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. Us being like Jesus will hasten that along.

Lord Jesus, cast Thine own image into our deepest being. Let the resonance of our lives reflect Thine glory;

Make us one with Thee;
Make us one with Thee, Lord...
This is my passionate heart cry😭

Prayer of the day is to be like our Master Jesus Christ and to be with him in Heaven Above. 🙏

This is my sincere prayer oh Lord, I want to be like thee, I want to talk like thee, I want to act like thee, I want to see like you see oh Lord.

Father, stamp your image deep on our hearts that the world may see Jesus in us.

How dear it is to read responses from brothers and sisters from distant places to this song. It is a wonderful prayer to sing or to speak to our Father, and it is also His goal that we should be like His Son. Such a humbling and encouraging thought! Amen.
