I need Thee every hour

Longings For Fellowship with Christ

English371

I need Thee every hour,
Most gracious Lord;
No tender voice like Thine
Can peace afford.

I need Thee, oh, I need Thee;
Every hour I need Thee;
Oh, bless me now, my Savior!
I come to Thee.

I need Thee every hour,
Stay Thou near by;
Temptations lose their power
When Thou art nigh.

I need Thee every hour,
In joy or pain;
Come quickly and abide,
Or life is vain.

I need Thee every hour,
Teach me Thy will;
And Thy rich promises
In me fulfill.

I need Thee every hour,
Most Holy One;
Oh, make me Thine indeed,
Thou blessed Son.

I have been going through a rough patch, I wanted to pick up my phone and speak to my friend, and I heard a voice, why not speak to me? So I dropped my phone and wanted to pray but he asked me to pick it up and search for the hymn, I have sang it more than 5 times and I feel peace within me. Bless you.

This song resonates within my soul.

Distractions everywhere, yet He still answers when I cry out for intimacy.

Lord I'm not taking your forgiveness for granted, but all I ask is for the grace to love you from the detriment of my heart. Not just me, but for everyone soul that has been yearning for your presence, for every Nation that is in a chaotic state, for every family that is separated, for every heart that is broken. Revive every heart with your love for in Christ name I pray!

Amen.
