There is a fountain filled with blood

I just started humming the song and it went deeper. I really, actually longed to sing it. So I search on Google. There it was. I sang it over and over and repeatedly. Can I still mention that, I teared all through. Soaked in the worship of our Lord Jesus Christ. It's really is of hope and assurance of the final. Halleluyah. I pray that the lost souls will come to the knowledge of our Lord God, Jesus Christ. Amen

The last verse is my favorite, it speaks to me. But please note that the words as they're typed above are reversed. It should start with "then in a nobler, sweeter song" followed by "I'll sing thy power to save, when this poor lisping stammering tongue lies silent in the grave," and then repeat, "lies silent in the grave." I hope this helps. I love you, my brothers and sisters, in Christ alone.

I feel blessed knowing this song. A perfect gift from GOD my FATHER to me. Hallelujah... Amen!

I never heard this song before. It is a song I am going to ask my Church to add to the list of songs that they sing. Thank you for the hope it gives. God keep and bless you. Amen

It's all about the blood! Thank you Father for the blood of Jesus!

I love this hymn too. For some reason it came to mind this morning but I couldn't remember all the words, so had to search it out. The words are so simple and yet so profound. I pray that my son and daughter may come to know the truth in this hymn for themselves. May you all know God's blessing through Jesus Christ.

I love this hymn, still remember the words, we had hymn books in church then, 1964. We must keep singing about the blood.

I love this hyme, just came to mind this morning and I had to come to the Internet to search for it. Thank you for sharing

I have listened to this song since I was a little girl. And I am way into my 60s at this time. I’ve always loved this song. I love the lyrics to it and I love the music part to it. I don’t know what you call them. But thank you for them and you’re willingness too, still keep them good hymns out there cause we all need them and I love them

My Soul Heart and mind
Sing this
Lovely hymn
Or such
