Above the Waste and Emptiness

Encouragement For Walking in the Light

1
Above the waste and emptiness
Broods the Spirit of God,
Bringing forth God’s speaking in us.
Hey! Let there be light!

And the light shines in the darkness,
And the darkness did not overcome.
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
2
Nights decreasing, day increasing,
Every day His Word we’re seeking;
Don’t be discouraged, spirit releasing!
We are the children of God.

Our God comes as the brooding cloud in order to bring forth light and life to us. By staying with us as the cloud, God covers and overshadows us to give us the enjoyment of His presence

day by day. It is in this way that He produces what He is after in our daily living!!
