Indeed the Lord desired His children to ASK. Though He knows and cares about us, He wants His children to ASK. A- ask, S- seek, K- knock. Ask and it shall be given, Seek and it shall find, Knock and it shall be open. Hallelujah!

Sometimes, I get so distracted...seeking the things of the world..even those which seemingly are the things you just need. But today, I am reminded to see HIM, to seek HIS righteousness, seek the kingdom of God and ALL these things (which I apparently need) will be added. Furthermore, I am reminded to be content with the things the Lord has given and with the things that the Lord has allowed to depart from me. In the end, all things work together for good. Lord, open my eyes!! to see what you are after...not my own petty needs...Lord Jesus, enlarge my heart...enlarge my view...broaden my horizon. My life is yours. I love YOU!

I love the verse, and put it into song, so that we will always remember that we have to seek GOD first, His righteousness and His kingdom, and the things that we desire we added unto us. Not on a material things, because things we do see is temporal, but we seek His righteousness, also to grow in the knowledge of Him, and this is Spiritual things, things we cannot see, but is eternal. Oh how I long to see that wonderful day, when we but only pilgrims and strangers on this present situation. But good news to those who call upon the Name of the Lord Jesus, we are no longer foreigner and strangers, but fellow citizens with the saints, and members of the household of GOD. Having built upon the foundation of Apostles and Prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief conerstone. And we are being joined together, grows as a holy temple in the Lord. And we also are being built together for a habitation of GOD in the Spirit.
