I have a song I love to sing

Assurance and Joy of Salvation Redeemed by the Blood

English302
1
I have a song I love to sing,
Since I have been redeemed,
Of my Redeemer, Savior, King—
Since I have been redeemed.

Since I have been redeemed.
Since I have been redeemed,
I will glory in His name;
Since I have been redeemed,
I will glory in the Savior’s name.
2
I have a Christ that satisfies,
Since I have been redeemed,
To do His will my highest prize—
Since I have been redeemed.
3
I have a witness bright and clear,
Since I have been redeemed,
Dispelling every doubt and fear—
Since I have been redeemed.
4
I have a joy I can’t express,
Since I have been redeemed,
All through the Lord, my righteousness—
Since I have been redeemed.
5
I have a God who is for me,
Since I have been redeemed,
With whom I’ll dwell eternally—
Since I have been redeemed.

When I was a little boy, my late sister Vou Toma (Dongs) and cousin - Garose Yohanna (Rose Pam) used to sing this song. And I loved and cherished everything about them. My sister has gone to be with the Lord. Her posthumous birthday was yesterday 9th October. Coincidentally this song popped up and I been singing it since yesterday to the glory of God.

Through the Ministry of Christ’s

Unsearchable Riches

This illustrates the fact that we can enjoy Christ item by item. The sinner who believes in Christ will enjoy Him as at least two items—the Redeemer and the life-giving Spirit. In other words, he will enjoy Christ’s redemption and His life. We can all testify strongly, “Hallelujah, Christ is my Redeemer, and Christ is the life-giving Spirit. I have been redeemed by His blood, and I have been regenerated by His life. ” This is only the beginning of the enjoyment of what Christ is. We may say that these two items of Christ are appetizers in a great feast.

Praise the Lord! I've been redeemed! This is one of my favorite songs! Praise the Lord that when we go into stressful times, guess what? I have relief and a witness bright and clear ever since I have been redeemed.

What a beautiful hymn! Popped up in my mind this morning, and can't stop singing to remind myself that I've been redeemed. Thank you Lord for you work on me, for all you went through to redeem me. Otherwise, where would I be today Lord? Your name be praised now and forever! 🙏🏽
