Does Jesus care when my heart is pained Too deeply for mirth or song, As the burdens press, And the cares distress, And the way grows weary and long?

I was really at a point where I had no idea if Any one cared if I lived or died. Then I heard Guy Penrod and George Beverly Shea sing this "does Jesus care when I've said good bye to the dearest on earth to me and my sad heart aches til it nearly breaks. I was so humbled by this. SOMEONE really cares.
I read in Then Sings My Soul, by Robert Cook the story behind this song. I am going to copy it and these words and send them to women on death row in the US.
With eyes clouded with tears as I thought about all my family and I are going through while doing my chores this morning, this song came to my spirit. I left all that am doing to sing it from the hymns. Lord You do care about me and my eyes are on You. I must testify of your goodness before I leave this world. Thank You Lord my saviour.
I was reminded by this song because sometimes I have doubted a lot of things. Even to the point, I doubted Him. But the reason why I realized many thing is because He did not let me go away from Him. He does care for me. His grace is sufficient for me. I just need to learn how to trust Him. To God
be all the Glory, from all praises and thanksgiving I have read.
This song is coming to my lips at a time when am proving the mighty powers of God, have gone through a lot only to be encouraged by this quarters lesson "The book of Job" more so this week of lesson 4. Am planing to sing this song tomorrow in my local church to praise God and give assurance to my brethren that indeed Jesus cares.
I know Jesus cares for me. He has shown me his love in many ways and though my future is still not clear, difficulties here and there, pushing me back into the world, making me doubt God, Yes, I know my Saviour cares. He will see me through these delays and I will have a major breakthrough, to the Glory of His name.
