This is true. The heart is the gateway to our whole being. When our heart is oriented to the Lord, He then has the way to spread into every part of our soul.

This really has been my experience this past year. Although loving other people and other things (even in a positive sense) can provide some measure of joy, yet this joy is fading - even the choicest flowers. However, when we take Him, this is an eternal, most glad gift. Without Him, we are just living empty, passing hours. Lord, LET me love You. This really is our gladdest commission (Mark 12:30).

He wrote at least 30 songs and 18 choruses. He established the Salvation Army work in Canada for 4 years and Australia for 5 years.
