Take time to behold Him

I enjoyed this hymn this morning. It reminds me of the account in Luke 10 of Mary sitting at the Lord's feet, listening to His word. Sitting and listening while Martha was "anxious and troubled about many things." Hallelujah for this anointed hymn that reminds us in every stanza to Take time to behold Him!

This hymn brought tears to my eyes because I haven’t taken time to really behold Him.

Lord Jesus, please forgive me.

I love You Lord Jesus and I need You to be the One in me beholding You day by day, moment by moment until Your return.

Praise God!

A dear brother (brother peej money from the church in shoreline) and I went on a camping trip recently where we were touched dearly by this Hymn; We couldn’t stop singing and praising the Lord. Amen that we can take time to behold Him!

Spend much time in secret with Jesus alone!

As we behold Him we can reflect His glory

O Lord, I love You! I come to You right now! I want to spend time contacting You. Let me take the time to behold & absorb You, to speak with You, my Lord! I want to Abide in You, and to feed on Your Word. Abide in me as well, for I am waiting for You in Your dear presence! This is the only blessing that I seek-- You, my Lord!

Lord, every day, out of our busy schedule , may You remind us to take some time to behold You , absorb all that You are , Lord Fill us with Yourself

Amen! Let’s take time to behold His presence, His shining face today, every moment of today!

Everyday! Let’s fight for this! Fight for His transmission by beholding Him! Let’s fight off the enemy who clouds our mind with other things preventing us to reach our goal!

Let’s fight with Him in our spirit! Keep the good fight! Amen!

Forgetting in nothing
His blessing to seek.

…we need to take time to absorb Him... As we daily take time to eat food, we should daily take time to absorb the Lord, take time to assimilate the riches of Christ. Our contact with the Lord should not be rushed. If we are in a hurry, we will not be able to absorb much of His riches. We need to allow adequate time for prayer. This will enable us to absorb more of the riches of our God. -HWMR The Enjoyment of Christ and our Growth in Life Unto Maturity W4D6
