Fade, fade each earthly joy

This is called for sober reflection, we are just clay once the breath is taking no remedy again. But those that believe in Christ Jesus will meet again during the day of reckoning.

This hymn makes me sober and thoughtful about my walk with Jesus. Let each earthly joy fade away so that Jesus could be mine and mine alone.

This hymn is my SOUL music. It was singing in my heart ever before l was old enough to really sing it. Hmmm. More like a mystery to me.

I always sing this song for my late father, brother and sister and all d loved ones I lost

Whenever the song is sang, I always the moment I lost my mom and also dear ones it's a soul touching song most especially during condolence.

Oh the song is my statement of conviction I am an alien here.

This song gives me this nostalgic feeling, it lifts up my soul.

Psalm 23 is a verse we all know.

The Lord is my shepherd I shall not be found roaming about.

What does He do? He leads us besides still waters, besides green pastures.

The experience of a Christian who is daily following Jesus Christ into green pastures, that is a test of of heaven.

When people are comfortable and having their hope in the world here, is a sign that they are no following the shepherd to green pastures. They are not drinking still waters which is a fortress of eternity.

If you are not following Christ I plead you to begin now to cry and say Lord even so, come Lord Jesus. Lead me into green pastures and still waters.
